If a guest is involved in illegal activities, violates the safety of other guests or staff, or breaches our terms and conditions (including, but not limited to, harassment, violence, theft, or the use/distribution of illegal substances), we reserve the right to: - Remove the individual from the premises. - Report the incident to local police or relevant emergency services. - Share necessary information (such as the individual’s name, booking details, or CCTV footage, if available) with authorities as required for the safety of our guests, staff, and business.

3. Emergency Situations

In the event of a medical or safety emergency, we may share limited necessary information with emergency responders (ambulance, fire, police) to ensure the well-being of affected individuals.

Our Commitment to You - We take discretion seriously. Outside of the specific exceptions listed above, Sauna X will not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to any third party. All guest records are handled securely and in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
