CONDITIONS & PASS-OUT POLICY

Discounted Entry

Mates Rates: $18 all-day entry, Mondays.

Student Rate: Available Monday–Thursday and Friday before 6pm for students under 26 years of age. Valid student ID and photo ID are required.
Complimentary entries and discounted rates are not valid on public holidays or during special events unless otherwise advertised.

Pass-Out Policy

We offer a complimentary pass-out privilege, allowing guests to leave and return within a strictly enforced 10-hour period, subject to the following conditions:

Minimum Stay: Guests must remain in the venue for at least 30 minutes before requesting a pass-out.
10-Hour Validity: Pass-outs are valid for exactly 10 hours from the recorded time of departure, not from the time of original entry.
Strict Expiry: Guests must return and complete re-entry before their pass-out expires. Late arrivals, even by a few minutes, will not be accepted.
No Extensions: Pass-out times cannot be extended, reset or renewed. Delays due to transport, personal circumstances or other factors do not alter the expiry time.
Non-Transferable: Pass-outs are issued to individual guests and cannot be transferred or shared.
Expired Pass-Outs: Guests wishing to re-enter after their pass-out has expired must purchase a new entry at the applicable admission rate.

Please plan your return accordingly. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your pass-out expires to allow sufficient time for re-entry.

These conditions are applied consistently to all guests to ensure fairness and avoid misunderstandings.
