Q: What can I expect when visiting the sauna for the first time?

A: You can expect a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can unwind, connect, socialize, and enjoy the facilities at your own pace. Whether you’re here to meet new people or simply to relax, our staff are happy to assist you and ensure you have a great experience.

 Q: What is the dress code? 

A: Inside the sauna, towels are the standard attire. Fetish clothing, including chaps, harnesses, and hoods, is permitted and can be worn after you enter the premises. You are also welcome to bring your own thongs. Please note that handbags and heels are not permitted on Tuesdays.

 Q: What should I bring?

A: Just bring yourself! We provide towels and lockers for your personal belongings. However, you are welcome to bring your own toiletries if you prefer. A friendly, positive attitude and respect for others will help ensure you have a great time.

 Q: What amenities do you offer?

A: Our sauna is thoughtfully designed to provide a clean, safe, discreet, and comfortable space for everyone. Enjoy our sauna, spacious spa, steam rooms, showers, private and themed rooms, lounges, and relaxation areas.. We also provide free coffee and tea , along with a water fountain. Food, snacks, drinks and alcoholic refreshments can also be purchased in our bar and lounge.

Q: Do you have douching facilities?

A: We offer douching facilities onsite for your convenience. Additionally you can hospital-grade douch kits at reception for just $6.

 Q: How is respect and consent handled at the sauna?

A: Respect and consent are the foundation of our space. Any interactions between guests should be mutually agreed upon, and no one should feel pressured, bullied or uncomfortable. If you ever feel unsafe, our staff are here to help.

 Q: What is the policy on abuse or inappropriate behaviour?

A: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards guests or staff. Anyone violating this policy may be asked to leave.

Discretion & Privacy

 Q: Is the sauna discreet?

A: Absolutely! We take discretion, privacy, and guest comfort very seriously. Phones are not permitted on cruising floors and the rooftop.  Q: Do I need to register or provide personal details?

A: No formal registration is required. Just arrive, pay the entrance fee, and enjoy. Your visit remains private and confidential.
